Jay-z's Run this Town feat. Rihanna and Kanye debuts at. no. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
The song moves 169,000 downloads in its first week of release and takes the Hot 100's fifth-biggest leap of the year (66-3). The trio is slated to perform "Run This Town" on the inaugural episode of "The Jay Leno Show" Sept. 14.
