Jay-Z will be doing a press conference tomorrow (August 31) morning in New York City joined by government officials including Governor David Patterson to unveil details surrounding his upcoming 9/11 one-night only tribute concert.
While a list of discussion topics have not been released to the media, an announcement which includes the attending officials, location and run-time has been learned. Jay-Z will discuss the "Answer The Call" charity concert benefiting New York Polic eand Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund on Friday, September 11, 2009 at New York City's legendary Madison Square Garden. Jay-Z will be accompanied by Governor David Patterson, Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, New York Police & Fire Widows' and Children Benefit Fund President Stephen Dannhauser, Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta and more. The start time is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and may run into early afternoon.
