Being into music production myself, one of the main reasons I love Roc-A-Fella or Roc Nation music is that the best producers in the world are enlisted to create what I consider to be musical pieces of art. Visionaries like Pharrell, Dre, Kanye and Just Blaze have produced some of my favorite Jay-Z songs for instance.
One of my favorite producers that I have discovered from ROC music is Neo Da Matrix. I first heard his name on the Tru Life Intro for Roc La Familia. Shortly round that time, I stumbled across a SCRATCH magazine with an article about Jay-Z's studio ace in it at a remix contest. Here is an interview of him that I found on Youtube:

Neo Da Matrix (born Quaadir Atkinson) is an American hip hop producer born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but attended Stone Mountain High School in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He has worked with Swizz Beatz as an in-house producer for Ruff Ryders Entertainment and has produced for the likes of Cassidy. Neo Da Matrix is currently working on projects for Cassidy, Jadakiss, Swizz Beatz, Young Chris, Eve, Fabolous, Mya, David Banner, Juelz Santana, Nina Sky, Tru Life, Range and more.

The ROC also knows how to develop rappers and producers, as well as cultivate relationships with the best producers in the game and I applaud also their business executives for keeping their talent fresh and always on the team.
